Kokedama is a style of Japanese bonsai. It’s name can be loosely translated into English – koke meaning “moss” and dama meaning “ball”.
In our workshop you will make 2 “moss balls” one large and one small, learning how to wrap the plants root system and bind them with string transforming them into sculptural art forms to take home.
All plants and materials will be provided together with small bowls to display your kokedama. Light refreshments and beverages from local businesses will also be provided.
Please note:
Minimums of 6 participants are required to run classes.
All cancellations are non transferable within 48 hours of workshop start times. All earlier cancellations are eligible for Workshop Date Change.
