Kokedama is a style of Japanese bonsai. It’s name can be loosely translated into English – koke meaning “moss” and dama meaning “ball”.
In this hands on workshop kids can get their hands dirty and unleash their creativity while learning how to make mini “moss balls” to take home.
All children aged 7 upwards are welcome to join as are younger children upon request. We ask that all children are accompained by an adult for the duration of the workshop to assist with the trickier parts of the workshop.
All plants and materials will be provided together together with light refreshments from local businesses.
